About Us

Our Story

Cosy Aromas was created by husband and wife Paul and Tamar Mayne to bring the highest quality home fragrances to homes all over the world. We've come a long way since we started in our kitchen in March 2018.

We started just making a few small wax melts at home and quickly realised that due to the care and attention we were putting into them the quality was excellent, much better than we've ever purchased from a shop.

Paul had worked in digital marketing for 16 years and has a huge amount of ecommerce experience, so we set up our first website and started selling our products originally as a monthly subscription box.

Our customers soon wanted to purchase products on their own separate to the subscription, so we set up a shop and haven't looked back.

Just before our 1st Birthday in March 2019 we ticked over to 10,000 orders which completely surpassed our expectations. As of April 2021 we have delivered over 100,000 orders and have a growing base of loyal repeat customers who love our products, community and customer service.

We are now starting to sell our products to shops throughout the country and have plans to launch overseas.
